Even though it is still school year 2024-25, it's time to look forward to next year.

Sports physicals dated after May 1 can now be turned in for the 2025-26 school year. Athletes will not be allowed to participate in organized practices or games until ALL paperwork is on file with Duchesne Athletics.

Paperwork is due Friday, August 8. The first day of practices is Monday, August 11.

Required items are:
-Sports physical dated after May 1
-Parent-Athlete contract (Form is online only)
-NSAA Consent Form (Please fill out the entire document. Incomplete forms will be rejected by the NSAA and will affect your daughter's eligibility until filled out correctly.)
